Repair Process. Hydraulic rod and cylinder repair restores worn or damaged hydraulic components to OEM specifications, improving performance and extending service life. Once disassembled, each rod and cylinder is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and evaluated for damage such as scoring, pitting, corrosion, bending, and/or excessive wear. Hydraulic rods are checked for straightness and repaired through polishing, precision grinding, and/or rechroming depending on the severity of damage. Hydraulic cylinders are inspected for internal wear and repaired through honing, machining, rethreading, and/or rechroming to ensure proper sealing and hydraulic efficiency. Throughout the repair process, all components undergo strict dimensional and quality inspections to verify proper tolerances, surface finish, and overall integrity. Once completed, repaired rods and cylinders are cleaned, protected, and prepared for reassembly. |
