LWG Finishing in Fairfield, Ohio, specializes in repairing, resurfacing, plating and finishing rods, cylinders, and miscellaneous parts used in the mining, food processing, construction, aerospace, and automotive industries. Hard Chrome Plating
If your equipment's diameters are out of spec, hard chrome is an excellent option to bring it back to its original specification. Chrome can be applied in thicknesses of .0001" up to .100" and finished to an RA of 10 or better.

Hydraulic Rod & Cylinder Repair
Our specialty is bringing worn hydraulic rods and cylinders back to their original specs. With our large chrome tanks, we can accommodate the repair nearly every sized rod and cylinder in production today.  

Stainless Steel Passivation 
Keep your machined parts rust free by restoring the chromium layer with passivation. Passivated surfaces are easier to sterilize and will have an increased lifespan when used in harsh environments.​

Electroless Nickel Plating
Electroless nickel plating (ENP) is an excellent, cost-effective way to improve corrosion resistance and hardness. Our ENP process leaves parts with an extremely even layer-coating, extending the lifetime of your parts. ​​
